Hello! I promised you a bone broth recipe, didn’t I? 🙂 Well here it is, as well as a few tips from my mom (who makes the bone broth in our family.)
First, the recipe. I was going to write out our own, but I found one that my mom suggested that probably is better than what I was going to try to put together for you.

Now for the tips.
- As I mentioned before, that we make ours outside, in the garage, as it tends to have quiet an aroma.
- We also make it in large batches, and freeze parts of it.
- Again, as I mentioned before, making it into soups is nice.
- And my mom also informs me, that it is good to know where to get the bones from. We used to get them from the butcher when we had our own cows. Now, however, as that is a bit more tricky here, my mom tells me you can buy the bones at a health food store. For example, Whole Foods usually has a place specifically where they have their excess bones.
There you go! Enjoy! Feel better! 🙂 Have a wonderful, day, I look forward to my next post! (I think you’ll enjoy it, if I do say so myself. 😉 )
