When I first started looking for Christian blogs about faith in chronic illness, I was a bit disappointed. I couldn’t find any! So I broadened my search. I finally found a few, and I quickly came to realize that there while there were many more Spoonie bloggers than I realized, it was still a search to find ones that were what I was looking for. Often, blogs were either 1) simply a much needed outlet for people to let out their many sufferings at, or 2) they were all sunshine and daisies, and didn’t talk about the raw, painful part of chronic illness and faith. Both of which could be a bit discouraging.
As I explored the world of Christian chronic illness bloggers a bit further, however, I discovered some very precious blogs that managed to balance the hard truth of chronic illness and still remain uplifting faith-wise. Now I want to share them with you! I hope you enjoy, and that they encourage you as much as they have (and continue to) me!

Well, there you are! Enjoy! Just to clarify real fast, though, I haven’t read every single post on each blog, so I’m not just giving you a blanket recommendation. π As is wise in all things you read, read carefully and with discernment. π
Sara,
Thank you so so much for adding my blog to your list! I am grateful God has given me the platform of a blog to share His truth with others. Thank you for doing the same with your own blog!
Your sister in Christ,
Ally
I was glad to! π I’m so thankful for your posts as well. And for being able to share here too! Thank you. π
Chronically Constant is the only blog I follow–thank you SO much for posting the others! I really needed this list today… I spent all morning yesterday lying in a dark room at church in the hopes that I’d feel well enough to do my job of playing the piano. I felt pretty alone, and everyone who heard I “wasn’t feeling well” thought of a sore throat instead of a flare-up. So I can’t wait to check out this list! I also like Ana Harris’s blog.
I’m so glad this was timely for you! *hugs* I’m sorry you’re struggling. I know its so rough when people don’t understand and make assumptions. π You’re not alone! π Yes! I totally forgot, but I was going to add her blog as well, so thank you for mentioning it! π
Oh my goodness! SO grateful to be on your list, and honored that my story has encouraged you. <3 Praying for your Lyme and all the other aspects. That our Father will give you strength and healing and hope. I know that you are such an inspiration to everyone who reads your posts!
